From the H1 freeway westbound. Continue past Makakilo and onward along Farrington Hwy to Ko'Olina. Exit at Ko'Olina, drive through the guard shack and the hotel will be on the ight. Description: Located on the leeward side of Oahu at Koolina resort, this restaurant is miles away from the traffic and crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu. The resort area of Koolina is peaceful, serene and very relaxing. The area is almost always sunny and the tradewinds keep the warm temperatures for becoming scorching. The restaurant is located in the JW Marriott Hotel at Koolina and is most frequented by hotel guests. Located just off the pool, some seating offers great views of the hotel grounds an the blue Pacific in the distance. Indoor seating is available in the cooler confines of the restaurant, but seating outdoors in the cooler early mornings is highly recommended. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the menu offers traditional favorites along with tasty local items and spa cuisine items. Popular choices include a local breakfast favorite called loco moco -- a large bowl of rice topped with luncheon meat, eggs and gravy. Also popular is the stir-fried seafood in black bean sauce. It’s a traditional Chinese dish with a twist and taken to a new level of flavor. Locals are known to frequent the Sunday Brunch. A wonderful spread across four stations that feature international dishes. Reservations are recommended especially for brunch. Written By: Lottie Tagupa Map In This Category
